Why clean & seal paver?
1. Color Enhancement
Sealing your pavers will enhance, preserve, and protect their natural colors from fading caused by harmful Rays. We offer two different types of enhancement, Natural and Wet Look. Natural will offer minimal change in appearance and Wet Look will make the pavers look as though they are wet. To enhance curb appeal of the property. It gives homeowners pride when the appearance of their home is improved.
2. Protection
When bricks, travertine, and concrete are properly sealed, you are putting a barrier between its surface and anything that can stain it such as grease, oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluids, iron deposits, and anything else. Adding a protective barrier will help prevent those unsightly stains commonly found on driveways. Sealing will also keep pavers from becoming pitted and worn looking.
3. Sand Stabilization
Our process allows for superior sand joint stabilization. Stabilizing the sand is optional because it will help to eliminate weed growth, insect intrusion, and sand washout. The process also helps to prevent the bricks from shifting.
4. Algae & Mold Inhibitor
Sealing concrete, travertine, or brick pavers will inhibit algae and mold growth. Our sealers dry quickly and keep moisture from penetrating the pores of each surface. Moisture is the #1 cause of mold and mildew growth.
5. Maintenance
Maintaining your sealed pavers becomes much easier once it’s been sealed. Mold, bird droppings, and small spills can usually be cleaned up with a mild detergent soap and a garden hose.
One sealer does not fit all projects, let our experience help you choose the correct sealer for your project. Driveways, walkways, pool decks, patios, and more, we’ll help you keep it looking great for years and years to come.
The Process
Analysis: We assess the state of your pavers, take measurements, suggest any necessary repairs, and offer a written estimate.
Deep Clean: To eliminate any mildew or algae that is forming on the surface and in the joints, we use a broad range fungicidal solution in addition to high pressure water and a rotary surface cleaner for a thorough cleaning. While certain stains might be irreversible, we have a variety of detergents to tackle and eliminate the ones that can.
Paver Preparation: Next, joints are filled to a depth of about 1/8 inch below the chamfer edge with clean stabilizing joint sand. Sand has a crucial role in the joints. Never allow someone to seal your pavers without adding fresh sand where there was washed out.
Sealer Application: Finally we will apply 2 quotes of our premium water based sealer , which will bring your pavers back to life with the color enhancer and solidifies the joints which will help with weed control and stabilize pavers.
